This is short. Unpacking is simple and shouldn't take a lot of work, but this is beginning to wear on me emotionally. Here's what I'm asking myself to stick to:
Unpack only what you need. Don’t unpack what you think “needs to be” or “should be” unpacked. That’s not your decision to make- let your possessions follow your mental health, wellness, and quality of life; not the other way around. if you’re attached to something, try saying this out loud and see if it still makes logicalsense:
“I’m afraid to get rid of (fill in item here) because it could have a serious impact on my life someday in the future.”
